“I love love this hot sauce. I love pepper, and this strong peppery flavor and thick pepper presence make it a great sauce. I love it with eggs, avocado toast, toast, cheese sandwiches. If you are new to to hot sauce and like classic Tabasco it is a great gateway hot sauce. Also, if you are sensitive to onions I have personally found this hot sauce to be non-irritating so this is a great option.”

“This sauce is unique. Strangely delicate while also packing a punch. Will never eat fried eggs again without it.”

“I have found my preferred use for this sauce is in a browned butter glaze with brown sugar. I use it on fish, salmon or tuna although it would work well on any fish. I’m going to try it on pork the next time I fix it.”

“The peppercorn really comes thru with a great flavor and the sauce is not runny, that's a big thing for me..I dont really taste the gin but overall a great sauce and flavour..If you had lost calenties this sauce is less heat than 5/10. In my top 3 of flavors from heatonist . I have had about 10 so far Packaging always on point too”

“Very tasty sauce. I prefer flavor over heat, and this one delivered. However, I'm from the Southwest, so I may have a skewed perception on what is actually hot.”

“I love peppercorns and cracked pepper on everything and I was intrigued by the gin pairing. It has the gin “perfumey” (for lack of a better word) quality but in the best way. I wasn’t certain how I would feel about this when I bought it but I’m extremely pleased. I’ve tried it on a few things including pasta and it works very well! Would recommend and buy again”
