I don't this this should really work, but it does. I'm an avid gin drinker (drinker, not expert), and I can definitely taste the juniper, along with the nice hot heat of the peppercorn. I love this for breakfast sausages or eggs anytime, particularly as a sub for vinegar in a deviled egg.

This sauce reminds me a lot of your off the shelf pepper sauces, Cholula, Tobasco, etc, yet the best of the type. With Strong vinegar and pepper flavors anyone'll find it familiar, but the sweet heat balances it out and refreshes it making it stand better on its own.

The kick really hits in the back of your throat, but the flavor is amazing! Perfect for just about any type of food! I love it!

This sauce ticks the boxes of a solid go-to hot sauce. Nice texture (although a little on the thin side, which is ok, because it's not really hot), and it's perfect for if you want to put hot sauce on anything and everything, yet sometimes you just don't want the sauce to make you sweat. Or maybe you have a dinner guest that isn't as bonkers for wildly spicy hot sauces as you are. I think this is the only one of the mild sauces that I like so much (I'm a fiend for the hottest sauces), and I use it a lot. I would definitely order it again.

First off the only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because I didn’t try it on any food. I had a tablespoon of this sauce and loved the sweet and tangy flavor. Low to medium heat won’t give you a big burning sensation but the flavor is phenomenal! I imagine it being really good in a marinade for chicken or possibly add it to salad dressing.

I love using this sauce with a mayo for a delightfully tasty spread. This sauce is also perfect just by itself as a bite to bite sauce. I can't recommend it enough

It does well in a spicy sauce base or as an additive In things like chili or ramen/soup

While you certainly will pick up on most of the flavor profiles contained within, I was hoping to get more from each ingredient. The first flavor that hits is sweetness from just a tinge of cucumber, lime juice and the gin. In the middle you'll pick up the taste of the Serrano and the heat from the Habanero, while catching a lingering combo of a gin and Horseradish punch at the finish. My two complaints are that Pink Peppercorn is the name of the sauce yet it doesn't feature strongly, and while the sauce is certainly an execellent example of small-batch goodness, for me it tastes too similar to a garden variety Louisiana-based hot sauce. I do think it would be good as a marinade or as a brush-on to some grilled chicken or vegetables. Pizza also seems a natural mate for this sauce and I think it could serve as a bright addition to a pasta sauce.
