“The classic is very similar to a buffalo sauce. Normally I don't like buffalo sauce but this one was good. The Los Calientes was great, hot but not overly so. It was really good, smokey and sweet. I've only tried two dabs of the last dab, it's definitely hot but I couldn't get much of the flavor. I'll work up to trying more.”
