“Love these flavors. The classic is quintessential hot sauce with good flavor. The barbacoa is delicious and hotter than I thought'd be but super delicious. Apollo is a great add in one or two drop increments to dishes that adds flavor and heat.”

“The Classic-A great tasting, beginner hot sauce good for burgers and everyday food. Barcoa-A good sauce for macaroni and cheese. Apollo-A hot sauce for people who want heat, but not too overpowering that it ruins the food that it is put on.”

“At first I didn't like the los Caliente but than now I'm addicted to it. I crave it sometimes. The Apollo final dab sauce is hella good. It's spicy and taste good.”

“These sauces are amazing. After sending this set to my brother in law for Christmas, and his rave reviews, I had to get a set for myself. The classic is great for everything! The los Calientes Barbocoa is probably my new favorite as it has a great smoky flavor with the right amount of heat. And finally, the last dab! I have yet to open this, as I’m still using the previous pepper last dab. Since the Apollo is to be hotter, I look forward to see how I handle this new version.”
