“The classic was fine and about what I expected. The Los calientes rojo was a small step up in heat and interesting. The last dab Apollo was freaking awful. On top of melt your face off hot it didn’t taste very good. Don’t know how anyone enjoys it.”

“Right off the bat, I'll say I do not like vinegar-heavy sauces. The Classic Hot Ones sauce is not to my liking. The Garlic Fresno, however, definitely is. The flavor profile of that sauce vs. the Classic sauce in this pack is entirely different, and is much better imo. Los Calientes has become a staple in my fridge, specifically the rojo (the verde is good too, but the dojo sauce is thicker and a little chunkier). Every single time I make scrambled eggs, I will put a generous drizzle of los calientes on them while they cook, and then a little extra as they sit in the pan. They're incredibly flavorful afterwards. I take it to work sometimes and everyone loves it pretty much universally. As for Apollo, I personally love it. The flavor is not at all vinegar-y (and is genuinely really really good - I've had plenty of giga-hot sauces before, but this is quite different) and can be used as an additive to already-spicy condiments, or standalone if you're feeling a little extra spice in your life. Apollo is genuinely delicious - precisely zero of my friends enjoy Da Bomb, whereas literally all of them like or have purchased Apollo after I brought it to work. Big recommends from the two of three in this package. I am not a fan of the Classic (I do like the Garlic Fresno version) so I can't recommend it, but Los Calientes (specifically the red, even though they taste almost identical) and Apollo (I have not tried the regular Last Dab or X sauces) are genuinely and absolutely delicious. If you are holding back on these sauces and can handle them, don't! They are a solid addition to your pantry, and I can almost guarantee you will be happier for it.”

“I purchased these for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves the Los Calientes sauce and taking very small minute dabs of the last dab. The los calientes has great flavor and a good level of heat. He says the classic sauce is okay, but not his favorite. I don't know how accurate I can be about the rest of the review so take that with a grain of salt.”
