“The Classic is a great entry point. It's perfect for my egg white scrambles in the morning. Los Calientes Rojo has AMAZING smoked flavor and some lingering heat. The Apollo...WOW! Great flavor and a creeping, intense heat make this hot sauce a great last dab for chicken and pork.;”

“Could drink The Classic, it’s that good, I look for any reason to use it. Los Calientes Rojo is one of my favorites so far, as far as an awesome blend of flavor and heat. If I’m in the mood for spicier I’ll mix it with Apollo. It’s weird, I thought Apollo would burn my mouth out, but it doesn’t. Face starts sweating, nose starts running, and my whole body gets warm, but I’m not breathing fire and in pain.”

“I have always been a fan of superhot sauces, especially ones that use flavors that complement the spiciness. The Last Dab Apollo may be the best overall sauce I have ever had. It by far overshadowed the other two as a masterwork in sauce making.”
