“Sauces were excellent Level 1 was very mild but good flavor Level 5 had decent heat, I could have had it hotter, but tasted good Level 10 was very hot, too much for me at first but I’m getting use to it as I try it in small doses I’ll need to try level 6 or 7 as I think those will be right for me”

“Awesome trio! I find last Dab to have excellent flavor with more heat. I don't use as much as I do with the other sauces in my collection. Well balanced. Classic is a good mild sauce. I enjoy the touch of fruit flavor in Los Calientes.”

“The classic is a delicious sauce good for all levels. Los Calientes is a really well made sauce with just the right amount of heat and a fantastic flavor. The Apollo will take you to the moon all right! Too hot for me to discern if it has flavor!”

“Classic is for breakfast and, pizza, and pastas. Perfect balance of garlic and subtle heat to liven those taste buds. Los calientes is my favorite! quite heavy on the Mexican flavor: perfect for tacos. I need a gallon of this sauce! The Apollo last dab is fire! And it hurts, but in an organic sort of way. Other sauces that cheat with those spice crystals (or whatever they're called) are straight pain, no flavor. Apollo is perfect for a little dab in your chili, on a wing, I have even been caught putting a few drops in my bloody Mary mix. So so good!”
