“As others have said, the cantaloupe sauce is shockingly good. I was worried it could be too sweet or fruity, but it’s not. I used it immediately on gumbo. The calabrian was also surprisingly good, very flavorful while still mild in heat. Cedar garlic will probably be good in some kind of wet BBQ or cooked. It was my least favorite as a dip, but it was still very good.”
