“Ive been wearing clip-in hair extensions for several years now. Decided to try these based off of reviews. The shipping took much longer than I had hoped - almost a week longer. By the time they arrived I was desperate for new extensions as my old ones had done their time. The sample piece was a perfect match for my hair, but the container the rest of the extensions were in had already been used. It had some dirty spots on it and the sticker seal was already broken. Because I needed extensions so badly I decided to open and use them anyways. Upon first look the extensions looked great and were nicely contained in the netting. Unfortunately after my first day of use the large back piece was mangled and tangled (the way extensions get when they become old and overused.) Ive worn them a few more times and Im constantly running my fingers through them to detangle and get the rats nest looking lump out of my hair. The small clips on the pieces also dont attach very easily and seem to pull on my hair more than others. Super bummed to be out $100+ and have a wad of hair thats already been used it seems. Love the color and quantity of hair though. Maybe I just got an unfortunate mistake.”
“They came timely and with information which was great. Ive had clip in extensions for about 7 years and they discontinued my original brand so I tried these. The quality is good. The sewing is good so far however I finally washed them and didnt even shampoo before dye was running out of the hair. It stained my towels and everything. I emailed the company, yeah they arent doing anything without the batch number which comes in the box they send them in. I dont have that. I ordered these a month ago I used the extra piece the give you to match. It matched I opened them used them a couple weeks had no issues so I tossed the box. Ive had better luck with $30 extensions from Amazon. I washed them for over a half an hour to get all the dye out Im hoping that I finally did but without the box and better photos of the dye I already washed out they arent doing anything”
