About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “Ordered these but unfortunately the address was incomplete and I didn't notice until after my payment went through. I immediately contacted jaques London to ask for help with this. They refused to help. Even before the label had been printed. I contacted Amazon shipping they where really helpful. My parcel went missing however Amazon shipping Said that if jaques london claimed for the missing parcel from them then I should be allowed a refund or replacement. I have tried contacting jaques london numerous times and have had no reply regarding this. Will never shop with them again. You will do well to avoid at all costs. Very poor customer service”
