About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “I first played the game in Spain but the quality of the Jacques set brought an even sunnier appeal to all of my family from grandparent to grandkids. Elegantly boxed the, robust tiles are a joy to play with and easily cope with the vigorous handling of the most experienced domino player. The inclusion of cloth bag to allow tiles to be drawn undisclosed into a player's hand would be a useful addition.”

“This is the third box of Mexican Dominoes I’ve bought from Jacques - they make amazing gifts but better still, it’s a game that absolutely everyone gets hooked on. We bought the last set for ourselves!!! They’re beautifully presented. Great quality! Can’t recommend highly enough.”
