About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “I assume the product is good, but as a gift it has not yet been fully unpacked. BUT the delivery aspect was very poor. The parcel was left outside adjacent to the pavement in torrential rain!”

“What a great game! We received the delivery which was beautifully packaged even including the name of the person who boxed it up for us. It can become thoroughly addictive but over Christmas will be a real plus for all to play. Delighted!”

“Beautifully presented in wooden box with black ribbon. It's a fantastic game for up to eight players, adults and kids. It has given us hours of fun with both family and friends. A quality item, delivered promptly. Would highly recommend purchasing from this company. The lovely box means it's a game you can leave out on show rather than hiding away in the back of a cupboard.”
