About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. Why not come along for the trip with us!

“I had previously bought one of Jaques Of London's products via Amazon and the puzzle was absolutely beautiful. As a result of a positive experience via Amazon I decided to purchase directly from Jaques website, and bought this item for our Grandson for Christmas. The product arrived soon after ordering which was great. The packaging was amazing and great quality, but unfortunately the item inside hadn't been finished off and the transfers on the puzzle were not trimmed properly, hence my 1 star for the products finished state only. I was so disappointed, particularly as my first order through Amazon was just beautiful. I contacted customer service and provided a selection of photographs to evidence unfinished item. Jemima from customer service was incredibly professional and helpful in being able to resolve this matter very quickly for me, thank you Jemima, your support was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to purchase from Jaques in the future and or recommend to family and friends.”

“Beautifully made puzzle full of colour and illustrations. The wooden cogs move easily when connected together in the right order giving plenty of fun and thought. It would have been nice to have a had an picture on the front of the box though.”
