“My order arrived today and unfortunately there are a few parts of the fire engine missing: the roof of the cab, the steering wheel and the seats for the firefighters. I've contacted customer services, so fingers crossed this will get resolved quicky, as the item is gift for an upcoming birthday.
Also, I feel it could have been packaged better. Although there was no damage to the outer packaging, the box the fire engine was in was quite bashed and the parts that weren't missing were rattling around inside it.”

“It's a nice toy but there is a design flaw which caused us a lot of frustration. The ladder part falls into to truck and gets wedged there. Can only retrieve it using a knife. Very unhappy grandson.”
