About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “I ordered this wooden box for my bunny to play with, it’s perfect and gives her hours of fun. She enjoys playing and nibbling the blocks. 10/10 I would buy again. The package came wrapped beautifully.”

“Beautiful toys, beautifully wrapped. Ordered the Gear Puzzle, Pull along shape sorter, Low Loader Truck and the Crane Truck. Great customer service and swift delivery. I have ordered toys twice now and will be a return customer - excellent, very pleased with purchases. Highly recommended.”

“Very disappointed to discover this is not suitable for under 3s. Wasn't clear on website.. apparently the ball on the pull along string disqualifies it from younger age group. Jaques were very apologetic and quickly made a refund, so I will buy their toys again in future.”
