About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “I got this as a birthday present for my granddaughter. As a retired nursery/ infant school teacher I'm familiar with this set & it's always been enjoyed by all. Great fun but also a great learning game too.”

“I bought this for a niece who lives in the Netherlands - not only was it easy to post but packaged beautifully and according to her Mum made well and she loves it. So much nicer that some of the plastic short life stuff you can buy - I am sure this will last to be passed on to the next niece/nephew”
