About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. Why not come along for the trip with us!

My autistic grandson loves this as he is obsessed with numbers. He writes his name out with the letters and arranges the numbers in numerical order

The toy is great but the service is terrible. Literally minutes after I made the order I realised the ordet was being sent to my billing address not the shipping address. so within minutes of making the order I wrote and gave the correct shipping address. Next day I still didn't receive a reply so I wrote the same message again. I didn't a reply until 4 days later telling that the shipping address couldn't be changed. This toy is a gift that never reached the correct address on time even though I tried to correct the address within minutes of making the order. What kind of service is this??? I get the impression this is an automated service that, when things don't go to plan, people are too lazy or can't be bothered to make the necessary changes.
