About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “This is a beautiful toy. For our nearly one year old it would have been better if the base of the holder for the bunnies was a bit wider and so heavier. He could slot the bunnies in, but often the whole thing fell over as he was not able to both hold the base and put the bunnies in at the same time. For an older child this might not be a problem.”

“Bought this little toy due to previous reviews on the website & it did not disappoint. Beautifully made just the right size for our 8 month old granddaughter who loves how the the little wooden animals pop up. Quick delivery yesterday again beautifully packaged & great communication from Jacques to inform me of the delivery.”
