About Jaques of London:
In 1795 Thomas Jaques took on his 15-year-old son, John as an apprentice. Together they established ‘Thomas Jaques: Manufacturer of Ivory, Hardwoods, Bone and Tunbridge Ware’ in Hatton Garden. We have remained a family run business ever since, with the same unwavering passion for quality games and toys.

Today we are ever-expanding our toy range and have been honoured with over 10 awards in the past five years as a result. Our Mini Minds Hub launched in 2020 to encourage learning at home. This is now stocked with over 150 free resources. We’ve been working for over 230 years to fill the world with more joy and we hope to keep striving for that goal long into the future. “This is a Christmas present for our Grandson. Beautifully presented. Quick delivery. It is lovely to handle and the pieces are lovely to hold. Would recommend for any young child who loves waving to aeroplanes and saying “Have a lovely holiday!””

“What a lovely and well made toy! My toddler has enjoyed flapping the wings and he has already spent a good amount of time flying the plane :) excellent quality and I would highly recommend!”

“Unfortunately I can't give a particularly accurate review yet as this was purchased as a Christmas present for our grandson and it arrived so beautifully packaged that we haven't undone it. However we have purchased from Jacques before and always been very happy.”
