“Package arrived damaged. Toy inside was fine but as it was a present I was disappointed. (Wouldn't of cared otherwise)
I emailed and sent pictures and was told that they don't send out replacement boxes and perhaps I could re box myself and offered 10% off. Didn't bother replying, I understand it's the courier who is at fault but I wouldn't purchase a gift again.
Delivery time and communication very good and nice item though.”
