“The unit works very well, no problems heating Tassy water in winter.
The only issue is the gas and shower head washers fit loosely , thus risk falling out and being lost. In the mud , sand, long grass etc. I could not find replacement washers in local hardware/gas stores nor ebay. Rang customer service who told me they couldn't help, and to be careful not to lose them!

Well that waas a slap in the face as I have now purchsed a Kick ass hot water sytem and have not looked back.
Learn from my stuff up and buy right the first time gr8 product !”
