“Would not work first up, took it and they got it going. From full charge, got 10 bags done. Had Reva a few because did vacuum for long and sealed the bag. Waste of money, there are better one out there”

“Vacuum sealer ordered 6th Nov. Received 19th Nov. Had a faulty charge issue after a number of attempts. No phone number on your website so we had to correspond by email and advised to return 1st Dec which we did. Received by you on 12thDec. You now have our money and sealer which we never tried so we cannot comment on product. Now 21st Dec and still no action or advise on when replacement will be received. We now do not have a Christmas gift. A bit late to find another gift. When will you advise your intended outcome. Suggestions - Put a phone number on your website to improve and speed up complaint process. Would not recommend your business as we have nothing to comment on. Do you really want me to place my review on Facebook or Twitter? Can I expect a quick response.
