“The only draw back I had during this process was courses being canceled twice due to lack of enrollment. I was offered an online course which was great but offered during east coast time and I live on the west coast. Maybe offer online training during west coast hours???”

“Very knowledgeable and competent trainer. It would be helpful to have more connection between training lessons and job specific real world applications. Trainer moved a bit quickly over certain information (perhaps due to time constraints). It would be beneficial to allow more processing time with certain lessons to allow information to sink in more fully.”
