“It was very good, but I felt like some of the content was fairly basic. I was hoping for some more complex scenarios involving variables and advanced interactions. What was there was very good and was helpful. I just wanted more of it.”

“The training was good but it was a little challenging to follow in some places. When I took the first course with a different instructor he followed the book and added some tips and hints. Rick did his own thing in many places so I am afraid I am going to have a hard time referring back to what he taught as I was taking notes and trying to look at screen and also use Captivate. He even said - he was going to do something different than the book. I wouldnt mind that if he did that as additional not instead of. I was a little frustrated yesterday and today at start time. Yesterday one participant had not prepared or downloaded any of the files or did not have a book so we waited for her to do that and then another joined at 10:45 and we waited for her to get set up. We did not start until 11. Rick was being nice but it was an hour wasted. Today I could not connect through GoTo Meeting and tried over 20 times with 3 diff links sent to me. So again we did not start until 10:45.”

“The class is great but the content was so detailed that it was difficult to keep up, while watching, reading and participating at the same time. I would think that more time is needed for the participant to watch first, and follow up after.”

“The instructor, Virginia was wonderful! The computers and desks were comfortable. The biggest thing to me is that the class was expensive for what you get. No meals, no rest area/lobby, no refreshments/snacks (not even a vending machine available in the building). I had to remember to bring my own coffee, water, snacks, etc.”
