“Very good course, but really needs more time to have hands on in building a complete project. We had audio issues which forced us all to using the phone which caused voice volumes to fluctuate significantly. The last portion of the session was particularly difficult as we all worked on something independently, and some participants posed a number of questions leaving little time for others to ask. It also was very distracting with respect to trying to concentrate. For me, the hands on learning piece would have been much more effective if we were all working on the same project. Rob clearly knows his material and he's very approachable. I just found the need for more hands on and to have a unified project to build so that we were all experiencing the same screens and could apply the instructional answers.”

“Boot camp was very interesting but tried to cover too many topics with many topics just gone over in a perfuntatory way. Terms were not always adequately defined which created some confusion. People cannot really absorb so much information so quickly. I did like the hands-on opportunities to try things that were demonstrated.”

“Training environment was disturbing due to construction workers and thus loud noises throughout. Furthermore, the bathrooms had ants all over which indicated poor property management. I liked the marketing of Ledet which made me choose this company, but the actual environment was not what I expected considering what I paid for... The loud noises from the construction workers interrupted my learning curve at many times.”

“I did not receive a training manual until the second day of the training. I feel I missed a part of the learning process by not being able to reference information from the manual. The instructor did use the manual as a reference on several occasions.”
