We’re so sorry this was your experience with your Blue/Black/Splash Wyandotte chick arriving that way. We know how heartbreaking that is, especially when you’ve been looking forward to welcoming them into your flock. Your experience matters to us, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to help make things right.

Redbone is literally the biggest bird in my flock. Everybody is only 7w week old as of this review, but girlie is BIG. So big I kept worrying she was going to turn out to be a rooster but Wyandottes just happen to be big girls. Ironically she’s the most skittish out of the girls. I love her coloring though.

Thank you Heather for your review! We're so glad to hear that your Blue Laced Red Wyandotte is both beautiful and sweet, even if she's a bit skittish. It’s wonderful to see each chick's unique personality shine through! Hopefully, she will become less skittish.

We were truly sorry to hear about your experience. Losing chicks is heartbreaking, and it’s clear you took great care in doing everything you could for your new arrival. At My Pet Chicken, we prioritize the safety of shipped chicks by carefully considering weather, chick numbers, and the best methods to protect their health. While we're glad we could provide a refund, we understand it doesn't replace the chick you were expecting. We're constantly working to improve our shipping processes for the safe arrival of all our feathered friends. We wish you many wonderful years with the rest of the chicks from your order!
