Baby Chicks: Frizzle Easter Egger Female Reviews

4.8 Rating 77 Reviews
Sweet Clove is all grown up and laying beautiful blue green eggs! She has super shy as a Lille chick but has grown to be super social with my little family of young boys. She will come up to me and squat next to me so I will put her back. She is absolutely beautiful and we love her! Unfortunately the other chick ended up not being a frizzle, we were pretty bummed about it. I really had hoped they would both have been frizzle.

We are overjoyed to hear that Sweet Clove has grown up to be such a beauty and is now laying those stunning blue-green eggs. It warms our hearts to know that she has become such a social and beloved member of your family, especially with your young boys. We are sorry to hear that the other chick was not a frizzle and wish we could hatch 100% frizzles with this breed, and do understand your disappointment.

Very please with delivery process and the Frizzle Easter Egger Female was healthy and doing very well when I pick her up. She was already running the show and being a leader in the flock! Her personality was so strong! So fun to watch her adapt to her new environment!

We were very happy to have gotten a frizzle with frizzled feathers, since only 50% are frizzled.

Ordered my chicks back in late summer, for Sept delivery. All four arrived in perfect health, and are now big six month old hens! My Frizzle did inherit the frizzle gene, and she’s absolutely gorgeous. A little shy compared to our other girls, but so so sweet. Her three “sisters” have started laying just a few days ago, so we’re waiting to see what color eggs Stevie lays! (Hopefully soon!)

We are so pleased to hear that all four of your chicks arrived in perfect health and have grown into big, beautiful six-month-old hens. We appreciate you mentioning that although she may be a little shy compared to your other girls, your frizzle is still incredibly sweet. Frizzles can often be picked on by other fluffy friends and it sounds like everything is going well with your flock so far. It must be an exciting time for you as three of your hens have just started laying eggs! We hope Stevie surprises you with some colorful eggs very soon.

Our Annie didn't inherit the frizzle gene, but she's among our prettiest and friendliest hens. She lays pretty green eggs to match her pretty green legs!

Hi Stacy, thank you for taking the time to leave our frizzled easter eggers a review. I am sorry to hear your sweet Annie didn't inherit the frizzle gene but I am so glad to hear how sweet and pretty she is! Our Frizzled Easter Egger chicks have a 50% chance of being frizzled but 100% chance of being awesome.

I've had my frizzle, Frieda, for 19 months now. I was lucky she turned out to have the frizzle gene. She is so fluffy and soft. She has a great personality and lays nice green eggs. I love her so much!
