“Ordered 2 chicks female.1 male.healthy. Creates huge problems. Would never order chicks again. NOT 95% correct , ,50% wrong.
Lots of roosters being sent mistakenly. Female is very nice friendly,follows me around at 3 months. Male is schizophrenic,but once I catch him pick him up he’s ok. Hard to find a home when not friendly .I can’t have roosters in area I’m in. I didn’t know very high chance you get rooster., No better then doing,eeny, meeny,,mity,mo.same Chance.”

While vent sexing is typically very accurate, there’s still a small chance of error—as with all hatcheries—and it sounds like you were unfortunately one of these cases.
