“We paid for expedited shipping, custom sign did not arrive on delivery date promised. We then had to spend even more money to create a poster sign to use on the day of our event. We would have much preferred to have our custom order arrive on time than recieve a free neon sign that was not requested or wanted.”

“The sign is bright and looks good for what it is, but we wouldn’t have chosena crown. If we had known, we were getting a free sign we might’ve chosen something more relevant to our use. It also didn’t come with any mounting hardware.”
