“I'm on my second month and really feel that they are helping me, not only to focus better, but to stay awake longer at this time of year. As soon as it gets dark, from November onwards, my melatonin levels go into overdrive. I would normally fall asleep from about 7pm, sleep all night, then wake up feeling like I haven't slept at all. I've been using light therapy for years, but this year decided to try a combination of vitamin D and the focus gummies. For the last couple of weeks I've been staying awake until 10pm, sleeping 7-8 hours and waking refreshed, so I'm going to continue taking them.”

“I'm on my second jar.Since I've started taking them my work performance has increased noticeably improving my position at work, my sleep routine has become impeccable waking up rested every day, and my mood has improved.Yes, for the first week they did taste like vomit, but once you get used to it they taste quite nice.I would recommend to anyone who can get over the taste.”
