“They seem to work for me. I feel happier and energised when I take them.They contain caffeine but not too much, about 10mg in a serving (2 gummies). I think the additional boost also comes from guarana and green tea extract. They also contain lions mane and ginseng and vitamins and other herbal extracts.They smell like a strawberry jam. Taste is strawberry (natural flavour) they are not overly sweet, maybe they could be even less sweet but I can also taste some herbal undertone so overall I think sugar to herbs ratio is just right and they are enjoyable to take.They are the right amount of chewiness and softness and they don't pull my fillings out because they are not too sticky. But they stick together in the jar so they are harder to get out.Suggested use is 2 gummies a day so this is a 30 days supply.I like the ingredients list, there isn't anything I would personally want to avoid.Happy with the product and I would get it again.”

“These gummies are small like a sweet jelly bear size , nice chew texture and not a bad taste, easily digestible. They are a blend of vitamins and minerals, friendly bacteria and active botanicals designed to help support cognitive function.The suggested dose is 2 gummies per day for optimum results.Not suitable for pregnant women or children.Ingredients include lions mane, ginseng, guarantee, green tea extract, vitamins b2, b6 b12 .They are cruelty free, gluten free and vegan.I've been taking these about 2 weeks so I think to see a major difference I need to take the whole months supply.”

“As with any vitamin / supplement, it takes continues and regular to use to see / feel any benefit. I find the gummies easier to add to my routine and these have a pleasant taste and therefor are easy to chew, swallow and digest. The blend of ingredients is good and I am happy to continue to take these daily”

“These gummies are yummy and convenient. You take 2 daily so this container of 60 will last you around a month. They taste great although sugar products are the first two ingredients so this isn’t surprising! I really appreciate that this is a clearly marked vegetarian and vegan product - they haven’t used gelatin like some other brands. If you don’t like swallowing capsules and tablets then these a nice fruity, tasty alternative.”
