“These are really pleasant to take as they taste like gummy sweets.I have never been on HRT so I am hoping that these will help balance my hormones.It is always hard to tell if supplements are working but I am happy to take these.These have the benefit of Agnus Castus and Maca Extract,itamin B6, Vitamin D3 and Magnesium, Inulin, a prebiotic fiber, Vitamin B12.The ingredients are safe and ethically sourced which makes me happy.”

“Lovely taste and a delight to take.A decent range of vitamins, minerals and less well recognised ingredients. but have looked them up and anecdotally do seem to aid hormone balance.”

“I'm at the age where my oestrogen levels are starting to fall, which affects my mood and energy levels among other things. These are a good daily supplement for me - B12 is my best friend and these provide a very high dose. The other additions should all work in harmony, I am going to report back once I've given them a couple of weeks.Easy to take, pleasant orange taste more like eating candies!!”

“I love gummy supplements and these are no exception, they may be the best ones yet.They are like healthy wine gums with vitamins D2,B6,B12 and Magnesium and they taste delicious.They are advertised for hormonal regulation, immune system boost and other things, I can’t attest to there effectiveness but they certainly have all the important vitamins that relate to those so they should work.Two gummy's daily and you’ll have to resist eating more and exceeding the recommended daily dose.I definitely recommend them.”

“You need to chew 2 of these gummies daily, so the tub will last for a month.I think that they taste really nice, they are a real orange flavour and quite delicious. You will have to remember that you can only eat two a day as they would be really easy to eat like sweets. They smell of oranges when you open the tub, too. I guess they wouldn't do for you if you don't like the taste of oranges, but if you do then you should be happy with these gummies.”
