“Bought the wrong ones, my usual ones contain 5mg. I assumed These would be the same, but are only 2mg, hardly any point in taking them at such low dose. Would probably be good for 3 year old , but bought for 10 Yr old after he was unwell, but he would need on average 10mg per day. Definitely wouldn't use for teenager or adult”
