I've been taking turmeric supplements for a while as I find it helps improve my joint pain. I normally take it in tablet or capsule form which is ok but sometimes capsules can be hard to swallow. These gummies are a much easier way to take a supplement and make the process a pleasure. The texture is nice and the flavour is pleasant with no unpleasant chemical aftertaste. The recommended dose it two gummies so you are getting a months supply for £9.99 which is not a bad price. My only complaint is that they do contain a relatively high amount of sugar with the first two ingredients listed being glucose syrup and sugar with apple juice concentrate coming third. I know it is added to improve flavour but people buy these supplements because they are health conscious so adding unhealthy ingredients seems to be a bit of an own goal by the manufacturer. However, in the great scheme of things it is a small amount compared to some other foods and apart from that observation I would say these are very good.

So it's too soon to comment on the effectiveness or otherwise of any claimed health benefits of these, specifically anti-inflammatory. What I can say is that these taste nice (lemon, at odds with the orange colour), are not claggy (i.e. they don't stick to you teeth) like some gummies, are well packaged and labelled, and have no unpleasant after-taste. So, there's no harm in trying them, right?

Turmeric is supposed to help with inflammation - this tub contains 60 gummies and you take two a day, so one month's supply. The gummies are bright orange, nice and soft and have a pleasant lemon flavour with a warmth in the aftertaste. Definitely keep away from children as they could be very appealing because of the colour and flavour.I have been taking these for almost 3 weeks - I can't say that I have found a huge benefit so far but I believe that supplements take time to have an effect so I suspect that I haven't been taking them for long enough yet. I have not experienced any bad effects.

I follow a keto diet and already take a wide range of supplements, including high-dose vitamin D3, magnesium, K2, and various B vitamins. I also regularly take turmeric, ginger, and black pepper to support joint health and reduce inflammation, so I’ve tried several turmeric products in different forms. I must admit, I always enjoy the taste and convenience of gummies, and these were no different.Despite turmeric’s reputation for a strong, earthy flavour, these have a mild lemon taste with no obvious turmeric note. That’s a plus for me, as I don’t enjoy the taste of turmeric in its raw or powdered forms – although I do still include it in meals and as a supplement due to its health benefits. These gummies are easy to chew, don’t stick to the teeth, and feel more like a treat than a supplement. The vitamin D used here is D2 rather than D3. While both support bone and immune health, D3 (cholecalciferol) is the form your body makes from sunlight and is generally considered more effective at raising and maintaining vitamin D levels. D2 (ergocalciferol), found in plants and fungi, is less potent and less well absorbed. This product contains just 1.25 micrograms of D2 per serving – around 25% of the UK daily reference intake. As someone who rarely gets direct sun and supplements with high-strength D3, this doesn’t add much for me, though it doesn’t conflict with my existing routine. Each serving delivers turmeric extract equivalent to 4000 mg of root (200 mg of 20:1 extract, standardised to 95% curcumin), along with ginger and black pepper extracts in helpful proportions. The black pepper is especially important, as it supports better absorption of curcumin. These are not miracle supplements, but if you’re looking for a pleasant, convenient way to include turmeric, ginger, and black pepper in your daily routine, and you enjoy gummies, they’re a good choice. Not the lowest-cost way to take these supplements, but certainly more enjoyable than the small yellow pills I previousl.

Turmeric is something that in South Asia and other parts of the world has been used for healing and other health benefits for hundreds of years. The problem is that in powder format it is not very pleasant to take. I have been taking it occasionally in got milk.Having it in gummies means you don't have that not so nice taste. These gummies are a nice taste and therefore you don't mind taking them daily. These gummies also have additional ingredients such as ginger, black pepper and vitamin D for added benefits. You get 60 gummies which is a months supply. With them being in a bottle ready to take means you can take them away from at work, days out and even when on holiday.Overall these taste nice and brings many health benefits as well as a much more tastier option.

The supplement is Tumeric and includes ginger, black pepper and vitamin D. The Tumeric extract is high strength with 95% curcumin. These come in a clear plastic bottle sealed with foil. There are 60 per bottle and a serving is 2 gummies. This provides a months worth of high strength turmeric gummies.Large gummies with a nice taste, easy to eat.
