“Should be stinging nettle root not leaf for prostate problems. Thought these would be an easy additon to the supplements that I already take but the orange flavouring is soon overtaken by a much less pleasant flavour,”

“These taste ok - a slightly herbal taste to start then mildly fruity without being overly sweet. A slight numbing feeling when held in the mouth for a couple of minutes.I’ve been taking these for a week - too early to tell whether they have any health benefits, but so far no adverse reactions.”

“These are great gummies - nice and tasty, so easy to 'take' and not overly expensive. THey come well packaged and with a good expiry date.It's important, though, to note the nutritional breakdown. These gummies contain Copper, Zinc and Selenium and all three of these are bad for you in excess. As such, you should check your diet and your other supplements to ensure you are not taking too much of any of these. Brazil nuts, as an example, are packed with selenium, so I wouldn't take one of these gummies if I had eaten a few Brazil nuts too. Caution aside, it's a good product.”

“These tablets are like gummy bears in consistency, they taste ok, They taste ok and are easy to take. The problem with this sort of thing is that it's hard to know if it's making much difference in the short term, I haven't really noticed any difference over the first week or so. These tablets are good value, and I'm considering taking for a few months to see if I can tell the difference”
