“Iâ€™ve been taking these for a week or so and so far Iâ€™m happy. Itâ€™s good itâ€™s sugar free though I personally donâ€™t like steviol that much. I know it could take months to see the benefits but as you can tell from the ingredients there are so many. Anything that can help with metabolic and hormonal health is a bonus and whilst I wouldnâ€™t really on a gummy to provide all the body needs I think itâ€™s good to boost your vitamins where you can. Tastes very good as with all novomins that Iâ€™ve tried.Â£9.99 for 60 is a good price. I do think the quality of novomins is great and I trust them. The effectiveness is good too look itâ€™s very hard to quantify it so early. But I do believe Iâ€™ve been seeing some benefits less bloating and a bit more mental clarity.”

“You get 60 gummies in the tub, which is sealed so you know itâ€™s definitely new and fresh, designed primarily as multivit support for women. I was surprised to see just how many active ingredients are included in these - 23 in total I believe - so itâ€™s a far more varied and well-rounded supplement.You get all the basic vits youâ€™d expect from a multivitamin product, like A, C, D, K, E, B6, B12. Then you get more women-friendly ones like folic acid and calcium. Then you get the types youâ€™d find in hair/skin/nail products, like Biotin, zinc, copper, selenium, pantothenic acid, iodine, coenzyme Q10, collagen. Then you all get probiotic additions like lactobacillus acidophilus. Other extras like manganese, choline, chromium.Of course the strengths arenâ€™t all as good as they could be if you look at the recommended daily requirements, but theyâ€™re certainly better than nothing if you want a stand-alone supplement. The problem only really occurs when you want full strength elements or you take other products to get a full strength, then you get extra in these. Just be careful not to overdo anything.The gummies seem like good quality and more suitable for a range of people as theyâ€™re gluten-free, halal, free from palm oil, dairy-free, etc. Theyâ€™re berry flavoured, more blackberry and a little tart. Theyâ€™re not the nicest Iâ€™ve ever had and they have a bit of chalkiness when chewing, but Iâ€™ve grown to like them more over time and thereâ€™s certainly nothing horrific about them (which I canâ€™t say about some gummies Iâ€™ve used!). Iâ€™ve often found this though, not being super keen at first and then growing to like the taste and texture much more after a few doses. These chew nicely and donâ€™t leave any yucky residue or aftertaste. Theyâ€™re easy enough to add to my supplement routine as theyâ€™re sweet and fruity, and Iâ€™m pleased with the additional active ingredients that make it more well-rounded.The daily recommended serving size is 2 gummies so the tub lasts about a month. “These are great tasting gummies! I was so surprised how good they tasted. They contain a good amount of vitamins that are mainly aimed towards women needs. Simple to take and a great alternative to people who don't like taking tablets or who have sensitive tummies.So far these have been great, they are simple to take and they also have no gluten, gelatine or dairy so hopefully most people would be able to take these.Great value.”

“They're a bit like a berry flavor, not too sweet, which is nice. They're easy to eat, and I haven't had any problems With the side effects. think theyâ€™re a good option if youâ€™re looking for an easy way to get your vitamins. Theyâ€™re tasty, theyâ€™re easy to take, and they seem to be working for me. I donâ€™t know if itâ€™s these gummies. But I feel I have more energy now.”
