“Nice packaging but if you look at the nutritional information, the quantities of the extracts and vitamins are too small to have any effect. For example,Fenugreek extract is 5mg. Fenugreek supplements which have an effect are sold in 500-2000mg”

“I honestly have no idea if these are doing anything. Obviously it's not enough to just take them, you need to have a healthy lifestyle too, which I do. I'm going to continue to take them anyway. I did start taking collagen supplements on the same day so I also couldn't say what they specifically do anyway.One annoying thing is that within one 'chew' I already have bits stuck in my teeth.”
