“These are small gummy bears. This is one month supply. You take one of these a day. Doyou have to be over 3 to have these. They give you 5 µg of B12 plus a small amount of B1, B2, niacin, B6, folic acid, biotin, and pantothenic acid. The 5 µg is twice the recommended dose, but I don’t think there’s an issue if you take a bit more. They appear to made for a British company based in London in Dublin and there is a website. However, it doesn’t say where they are made. They are labelled as vegan. They contain sugar and glucose syrup. The tub is hygiene sealed.The tub is so small, and the writing on it is so tiny, I had to use a magnifying glass to read it. I usually upload a picture of the ingredients, but the writing is just too small to get it focused. The writing needs to at least be readable.”
