“I bought these after despairing on my nails. The frequent hand washing on the ward means that my nails are so brittle they were breaking off at the bed - despite all the moisturiser.I've been taking these gummies for a month now, and my nails are much better. Not perfect, but they grow well enough to have a few mm of white now!”
