“I'm 45 days into this, my hair and skin is definitely improving, less patchy red skin and my hair seems to shredding less. Whilst it'll differ from person to person I plan to subscribe and save with this for 6 months to get the full benefits.”

“Just using them 1 month and already saw the difference in my nails, they where always weak and breaking... They are clearly much stronger now Just waiting to see the difference in my hair and skin. My hair is the reason I bought them... Can't see any difference yet because I am probably not using it long enough I am using them about 3 months now and my nails are still very strong, my hair seems slightly better, growing slightly faster and stronger especially when my hair doesn't normally grow (but it didn't reduce how much of my hair fall's off), I do see positive changes”

“These are great, I noticed a difference with hair growth after about 3 weeks, that said I do use hair gummies all the time. Nice taste.I just wish there was more in the bottle, 2 month's supply would be great.”
