“Have to say, chewing these almost ‘sweetie’ gummies make them easy to take and swallow than the usual ‘medical type capsules’They are fruity flavoured and pleasantAs seen on the pictures they don’t look too attractive but that is not the reason they are appealing.These gummies are 250mg strength and therefore a good high strength Coenzyme Q10 supplement”

“There are many benefits from taking Coenzyme Q10 supplements with regard to cell function. They can help with cardiac health and general energy levels. The natural fermentation production process is supposed to aid the effectiveness of absorption into the body.These things arrive in a well printed bottle, factory sealed with clear labelling. They're suitable for lots of folk in that they're vegan friendly and gluten free. They're really easy to take too and quite a refreshing taste. There is no nasty aftertaste for me. Don't go taking more than the dosages on the label though, it'll do you no more good than the regular dose and can actually give adverse effects.These are actually fairly cost effective given you get a two month supply. Overall I can't really see many downsides to be honest. A good supplement with very adequate supplement levels that are actually quite nice to take.”

“These aren't just CO Q-10. They also contain 110% of your zinc supplement and 100% of your B3 along with omega three fatty acids. Whilst it might be good to take CO Q-10 as you get older, sometimes it's recommended not to take too many fatty acids. Also you might already take a multivitamin with all of your minerals, and you don't want to double up on zinc because that can upset your stomach. The print is tiny on the bottle and really difficult to see. I would've preferred just CO Q-10.On the plus side, these don't contain sugar. You just take one of these. They originate from a company in London but it doesn't say where they are actually made.”

“I have got to an age where it is important that I start looking after myself properly, and part of that is making sure I take vitamins every day.These are so tasty so it doesn't feel like a chore, I get out off when the capsules are so hard to swallow and leave an aftertaste whereas these taste good and dont leave any residue or aftertaste.The packaging is also super cute which would definitely make me buy it”
