“I was taking these for several months & my nails all grew long & strong for the first time ever. I then ran out & didn’t re-order, after a couple of months I noticed a couple of nails broke & they didn’t feel as strong any more. Back on them now and haven’t had any more breakage, won’t make that mistake again.”
