“Changed my life, I've tried tablets syrups gentle iron you name it. They all have that GROSS iron taste but this doesn't and it doesn't mess up your digestive system like the others (which by the way is the reason why you can't absorb iron). If your thinking about them GET THEM! I gave one to my bf to try didn't tell him it was a supplement deadass he thought it was a sweet.”
