“I actually stopped getting gummies for a while as I was fed up with all the sugar, seemed counterproductive to the supplements benefits. So when these came up I figured I’d get back into using them again since they use plant sweeteners instead. These are really enjoyable. Not overly sweet, no discernible aftertaste from the stevia and easy to digest. Too early to speak of benefits but I don’t doubt them given their proven support. Definitely recommend.”

“It's nothing revolutionary. It contains the usual ingredients, what you usually found in muscle health and work-out supplement. It's a relatively weak version, but that's also reflected in the price. It's probably worth trying out, if you just want a minimalist approach to supplementing, but it'll most likely not provide noticable effects.”

“I have been a user of ZMA supplements for a while and I'm pretty certain when bought in capsule form they contain about 30mg zinc and 350mg magnesium whereas this supplement has 10mg and 100mg in a serving.That said, using these and not the capsules has not led to any adverse effect, and they taste nice, so happy to award 4 stars and recommend.(I will use for a solid 30 days and update this review if I feel I had any negative effects)”

“I've been enjoying these Zinc and Magnesium gummies as part of my daily routine.The sugar free strawberry flavour is very appealing making them so convenient and easy to take.The serving suggestion is two gummies a day, so this tub of 60 is going to last 30 days at that suggestion.Each serving provides 100mg of Magnesium Citrate, 10mg of Zinc and 4mg of Vitamin B6, so a handy blend on elements i am looking to supplement.I've found them easy to incorporate into my morning routine, without food or water, its very easy.So far, I'm pleased with the product and will continue to use them, i have other gummies i take, and it's just much more pleasant if you have a sweet tooth like me.”

“Started taking these last week so it’s too early to tell on health benefits gained . However, they taste great - nice strawberry flavour with a nice gummy texture. I usually take after a meal which stops me reaching for the biscuits!”

“This review is for Novomins Zinc & Magnesium Gummies -Sugar Free – Support Muscle & Bone Health, Energy & Metabolism – with Vitamin B6 – High Strength Magnesium & Zinc Supplement - Vegan- Gluten FreeI received these to review as part of the Amazon vine program.Supplements are difficult to review as you often need to take for a substantial period of time before experiencing any benefits. I confirm I received a tub of 60 gummies. A service size is 2 gummies so these will last 30 days. I think they taste nice. I am happy with these and would be happy to recommend them.”
