“These gummies have really been helping my girlfriend. They seem to help with the pains that she gets and she has said "I need to get these on a subscription so I never run out" so it must be that good.”

“Genuinely life changing. I have been taking 2x a day consistently for about 4 days and the past 3 days have been a completely new version of myself. Virtually no fatigue, no pain (just slight discomfort, but I have endo and it's period day 1), and I feel much more emotionally regulated. I haven't changed anything in my life other than taking these.I would like to stress that I also have a healthy balanced diet, I keep a strict sleep schedule, I don't drink and I exercise and those things will definitely mean I get the most benefit out of these. They shouldn't be a replacement to the above.”

“Good flavour and consistency, I canâ€™t comment on any noticeable benefits yet as my hormones are an absolute mess at the moment. (Pcos and pmdd) hopefully will help further into the bottle”

“Delicious gummies, really strong pineapple flavour, so I actually look forward to taking one every day which means I'm more consistent than with regular pills or supplements. There's quite a lot of anecdotal evidence and some studies for the benefits of vitamin B6 in particular for endo / PMDD symptoms. However the amount you actually get per gummy is not that high so I'm unsure how effective these are. I haven't noticed a difference myself, would probably be better to forgo the lovely taste and get a higher concentration of B6 in a normal pill form, and see how that works for you”

“Much more research and backing to determine whether these have any effect on hormonal balance. I'm sceptical, and I didn't see results, also the smell of the gummies is quite off-putting.”

“These gummy vitamins contain a comprehensive blend of vitamins and live bacteria, making them a solid "all-rounder". The pineapple taste is yummy, and the gummies themselves are nicely chewy without being sticky or getting lodged in your teeth.The price is pretty on par with other gummy supplements but these do contain quite a range of vitamins so I feel good adding these into my daily routine.”
