“Unfortunately, when I placed the order for this item, it was with incorrect knowledge about what creatine is for. I had been recently led to believe by a friend who takes the supplement that creatine can be used as a substitute for caffeine or other stimulants. Said friend never mentioned anything to do with exercise and doesn't even work out himself, so armed with incorrect information, I wrongly assumed these gummies might help with my energy levels and/or any sleepiness that I don't want to chug coffee or energy drinks to stave off.That said, I haven't been able to test them out as they are intended to be used as I not only cannot exercise (I'm disabled) but I definitely don't frequent the gym! All I can do is report that the quality of the product itself and the ingredients seem to be decent and the quality is top notch. Judging by other reviews, if you're a gym bunny they're probably a lot more useful for you than they ever will be for me.”

“Over the last few months, I have been working out a lot in an attempt to get fit and lose weight. This has included an hourâ€™s swim every morning as well as an exercise class or gym session in the evening. My research has suggested that taking creatine in doses such as these will support muscle growth and aid in muscle recovery both which I feel would be a beneficial effect on my body. Iâ€™m a newbie to supplement taking and I totally understand that any improvements will not happen overnight and therefore my review is based on my initial observations. What I can say, is that the product is well packaged, and the bottle contains enough for monthsâ€™ supply based on chewing 3 gummies a day. The gummies are the size of a small sweet, and they have a pleasant taste when chewed. Iâ€™ve given 4* for my initial thoughts - and will return and update my review when I have finished the bottle, I have high hopes that the supplement will support my body particularly in terms of muscle recovery.”

“Finally a creatine supplement I can be consistent with!Iâ€™ve tried lots of creatine supplements over the past couple years but always end up giving up on them, powders feel gritty and hard to mix and after a few weeks itâ€™s just kind of gross.These Novomins gummies are the first creatine I actually look forward to taking daily. They tick all the boxes for me being vegan and high strength, and they taste really nice too. Iâ€™d highly recommend!”

“Ordered via vine.I ordered a lot of creatine when I can, I am always looking for the maximum 5g/5000mg which is consiidered the standard maintenance dosage for gym and resistance training which is what creatine is predominantly used and marketed for. Thats an average since there is a limit to how much our muscles can absorb, so the maximum dosage you'll find in supplments are 5g.If I had to buy creatine, then before gummies even existed I used to buy 1KG in power form, and it's inevitable that powder form will always be cheaper and better value for money. But gummies offer you the convience and the taste of sweets, without even having barely any calories at all.This brand novomins looks like a good one, the gummies are lab tested so these appear like a high quality supplement. all the relevantg dosage, instructions, warnings and other info are on the rear of the the tub.However, having reviewed dozens of these by now, ideally these would have 5mg per gummy as other gummy versions Ive ordered/reviewed have, even some have added vitamins also.There are some manufacturing limitations that make it challenging and more costly to get 5mg of creatine in a gummy, due to their nsize but it's certainly possible, some are 2 gummies per serving but this one is 3.So I have no problem taking 3x gummies per day as IF they were sweets I could eat them all in one go, but I have to deduct a score because this is the first gummy formulation of 5mg that requires 3 gummies per day, so that negates some of the convenince.No it't not a big deal, but I have seen 5mg in one gummy a tub of 60 IE 2 month supply for the same price.So the dosage itself is the maximum dosage, i'm not sure why they couldnt fit these in 1 gummy. It would have been superb value if they were 1 gummy 5mg dosage per day, making the 90 gummies a 3 month supply, that would have been the best value I've ever seen.I can still use them, they taste good but Ive yet to try a gummy that doesnt taste great. But if I were orde.”

“These seem very legit to me.I openly admit that I haven't tried anything like this for long. Whenever I've worked out in the past I just eat a normal diet, drink a bit more water and I'm fine. However I'm post surgical at the moment and need all the help I can get right now. Having not lifted any weights for about 8 years due to illness and covid delays I need to get back some muscle mass and tone. I'm hoping these things work. It's early days yet but I can return and update review in a month or so and say how it's going.I've taken something very similar for a month or so now. I cannot honestly say I've noticed much change in stamina, endurance or lift capability but I suppose these take time like anything else. I do wonder if these are as good as the powder supplements though?For now, I can tell you these are really easy to take. To be honest they taste like gummy sweets with no nasty aftertaste. Just be sure not to treat them like sweets and stick to the dosages on the bottle. They arrive factory sealed, with a batch number, expiry date and dosage instructions. In that sense they seem quite legit and professionally produced.Taste-wise they do just taste much like kids gummie sweets of a non-descript berry type. Not quite strawberry, not quite blueberry ... just berries.”
