“Great product, I have no doubt that it helps with mood etc. but our daughter has had the opposite effect unfortunately, she has been very emotional with no let ups directly after taking this vitamin. She currently takes a multivitamin and was also taking this which resulted in too much vitamin B6 so beware before you buy it for your child, double check what other vitamins they are taking too.”
