“These vitamins are great for boosting focus and concentration! The lemon balm and Vitamin B6 add extra benefits, and theyâ€™re vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. My child enjoys the taste. Although Iâ€™ve not yet noticed an improvement in their focus I would still recommend it!”

“Over the years, I have learned to be wary of anything that is labelled as 'sugar free', because research has shown that artificial sweeteners can be a real problem. The first listed ingredient in these L-theanine gummies is Maltitol Syrup, followed by Isomalt. Although the small quantity of these sugar alcohol sweeteners in these gummies is considered to be harmless, it's still wise to be cautious when giving to children on a regular basis. Ideally, I take L-theanine capsules myself and find it to be very effective for relaxing the brain and the muscles, so have no hesitation in suggesting a child could benefit from taking this supplement. However, I prefer to try to get the child to take L-Theanine in some other way, that helps them to view it more as a 'medicine', than as a sweetie. If this approach totally fails, then these gummies are on hand as a 'last resort'.”
