“Finding a supplement that children will willingly take can be a challenge, especially when you have a picky eater, like my autistic child, who doesn’t eat a variety of foods. However, these L-Theanine gummies seem to tick the right boxes. They come in a sealed plastic bottle with a screw-top lid which, when closed properly, is child-proof—useful for peace of mind but requires a firm push and twist to open. Inside, you get 30 gummies, with a recommended dose of one per day for children aged three and up.The texture is soft and easy to chew, making them a hassle-free option for children who struggle with tablets or capsules. They don’t stick to teeth, at least not noticeably, though I tried one myself and found it slightly sticky—nothing a quick brush won’t sort out. The blueberry flavour is mild, not as strong as the initial aroma, but pleasant enough that children actually enjoy taking them. My son, despite his selective eating habits, absolutely loves these gummies, which is a relief.These gummies are sugar-free, relying on maltitol syrup and isomalt for sweetness, which avoids artificial sweeteners often associated with questionable ingredients. They’re also vegetarian-friendly, which is a bonus for those looking for more inclusive options.As for effectiveness, they seem to have a gentle calming effect, helping with focus and relaxation without causing drowsiness. “My daughter has been taking the just over a week. I pair them with the magnesium for children and give them of an evening. I find she is more relaxed for bedtime and even if the day has been difficult she calms a lot quicker. She loves the taste so is always really keen to take her vitamins!”

“This review is for the 'Kids L Theanine Gummies – Focus & Concentration Chewable Childrens L-Theanine Supplements – 50 Mg L-Theanine with Lemon Balm & Vitamin B6 – Vegan – Non-GMO & Gluten Free – by Novomins.'- These gummies arrive in a sealed plastic bottle with a screw-top lid and a foil seal below the lid. If closed tightly the lid is child-proof so you need to push down firmly and twist anti-clockwise to open it.- The label has details, nutrients and ingredients on it. (The writing is very tiny so I needed reading glasses to read it!)- The gummies are dark red and teddy shaped. They are suitable for vegetarians & vegans.- They have a sweet fruity blueberry flavour and they are easy to chew and swallow.- They are sugar-free, but sweetened with sweeteners (Maltitol syrup and Isomalt)- There are 30 gummies in the bottle and the recommended dose is 1 per day (for age 3 years+)- The BBE date is printed on the base, the bottle I received has a best before date of 11/2026”

“I love that these are a different flavour to what you usually find in the shops. At first the strong smell when opened isn't the most appealing but my kids actually really like these. Nice taste. Decent amount in the bottle for the price.”

“Absolutely incredible! Our 8 year old daughter has been suffering with major anxiety at bedtime. And been up literally almost all night for around 7 months. We tried EVERYTHING!Since starting these she has become a different child. I will add that she started counselling also the same week but the night of starting it she was still up all night. A day later she started these and from that day has slept! Just amazing. Whether placebo or not. I will say not because we had tried so so many other supplements, magnesium creams, you name it, so I believe it’s these. She loves taking them each evening after supper and they have been life changing. 2 weeks in and amazed by the results.”
