“I initially bought these for my 9 year old son who has high functioning autism, and is ADHD with behavioural problems. He took them once, hated the taste and consistency of them then refused to take them again. However, they don't get wasted as my 12 year old daughter takes them every single day. She has had a tic disorder from around 4 years old, and I was told that low magnesium can actually make tics alot worse. I have to say, since she's started these her tics have reduced drastically, and also she tells me she is sleeping so much better than before. She's always found it difficult to fall asleep, and stay asleep but she's sleep a bit more soundly since she started taking these. It's hard to say they definitely work though, but we have purchased 4 bottles so far and I have them on subscribe and save as my daughter likes to take them. She takes 2 per day, and she has felt great. She also says she's finding it a bit easier to concentrate at school which is a win win for me!”

“Both my children were struggling sleeping and so I tried these with them both as we’ve tried so many things , not expecting much (age 11 & 14). They’ve definitely improved sleep-and mood. Neither are waking so much in night and both more relaxed. Will carry on with them.”
